Airport Park Dog Park

About the dog park

• Fenced, with room for dogs to run off leash
• Separate area for small dogs
• Open daily, 7:30 a.m.–8:30 p.m. (weekends from 8:30 a.m.)
• Run by the City of Santa Monica

In Airport Park next to Santa Monica Airport, with room for up to 45 dogs and separate areas for big and small dogs. Closed Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30–11:30 a.m. for maintenance.

Rules

Dogs must have a Santa Monica license. Visitors can buy a permit at the Santa Monica Animal Shelter with proof of a license and rabies vaccination from home. Keep your dog on a leash no longer than six feet on the way to and from the park, bring no more than four dogs, pick up after them, and leave food for people and dogs outside. (City of Santa Monica)

Rules and hours can change, and dog parks sometimes close for repairs. Check the signs at the gate.
