Rules
Hudson River Park's dog parks are open daily from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m., with cleanings a few times a day. Dogs must be licensed and have all their shots, and one person can bring no more than three dogs. Spike or pinch collars, aggressive dogs and female dogs in heat are not allowed, and children under 12 need an adult with them. Fresh water is usually on from mid-April to early November.
