More about Drake's Barrel House

Drake's Brewing traces its roots to 1989 and keeps its headquarters in San Leandro. Most of the barrel-aged beers poured here are exclusive to the taproom and usually not sold as growler or keg fills; the brewery's first bottled barrel-aged beer, Reunion Barley Wine Ale, came out in 2013. Visitors can take a behind-the-scenes brewery tour, play darts and other bar games, or order frozen boozy drinks called Lushies. Sister taprooms include Drake's Dealership in Oakland and The Barn in West Sacramento.
