More about Dishdash

The name comes from the traditional Arab robe, a garment Ibrahim links with comfort and ease, and one wall displays an embroidered example under a spotlight. In 2006 the restaurant took over the space next door and opened an archway to add seats. Ibrahim and his wife, Nadiah Mshasha, also run Dish n Dash, a fast-casual spinoff launched in Sunnyvale in 2011 with branches in San Jose, Cupertino, Milpitas and Fremont.
