Rules

In Seattle's parks, dogs must be on a leash everywhere except inside the designated off-leash areas, and you still need to carry a leash for each dog there. Dogs must be licensed and vaccinated to use an off-leash area. Even on a leash, dogs are not allowed on the city's beaches, in play areas, on athletic fields or in ponds and fountains. Pick up after your dog; fines run from $50 to $150, and up to $500 for a dog on a beach. (Seattle Parks and Recreation)

Rules and hours can change, and dog parks sometimes close for repairs. Check the signs at the gate.
