Rules

In many East Bay regional parks, dogs may be off leash on the trails if they stay near you, in sight and come back when called. Carry a leash no longer than six feet for each dog, and use it in parking lots, picnic and other developed areas, within 200 feet of trailheads and wherever a sign says so. Dogs must not chase wildlife or livestock or jump on people and other dogs. Pick up after your dog and put the bag in a bin. (East Bay Regional Park District)

Rules and hours can change, and dog parks sometimes close for repairs. Check the signs at the gate.
