Crema Coffee House, Huckleberry Roasters Sunnyside, Little Man Ice Cream, Nowhere Coffee, Side Pony Coffee & Cocktails, and Rosie's Ice Cream sell pup cups or other treats made for dogs. Little Man Ice Cream in LoHi, the ice cream shop in the giant milk can, is one of them.
Can dogs sit inside a café in Denver?
Usually not. Colorado's rule for dogs covers outdoor dining areas only (C.R.S. 25-4-1615). On our list a source says dogs may come inside at Corvus Coffee Roasters RiNo; everywhere else, plan on a table outside.
A few tips
- Many coffee shops have no table service. Your dog waits at the outdoor table while you order, so bring a friend or plan for it.
- Denver is at 5,280 feet and the sun is strong. Pick a shaded table and bring water.
- Rules change, and a café that welcomed dogs last year may not this year. If it matters, call ahead.
