Coffee and a walk in Prospect Park

In Prospect Park, dogs can be off leash from 6 to 9 a.m. and from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. in the Long Meadow (not the ballfields), the Nethermead and the Peninsula Meadow. The rest of the time, and everywhere else in the park, dogs must be on a leash no longer than six feet. Dogs are not allowed in playgrounds, on bridle paths or on ballfields (Prospect Park Alliance).

Winner in the Park sells coffee from a window at the Picnic House, right in the park, so you can grab a cup in the middle of the morning off-leash hours.
