Brooklyn Bridge Park has two runs, at Pier 6 and on the John Street lawn in DUMBO. Everywhere else in that park, dogs must be on a leash (Brooklyn Bridge Park). The Brooklyn War Memorial lawn in Cadman Plaza Park also has designated off-leash areas, where dogs can be off leash from the time the park opens until 9 a.m. and from 9 p.m. until it closes (NYC Parks).
