Drake's opened the Dealership in 2015 in The Hive development at 23rd and Broadway, in what Time Out describes as a historic Dodge dealership on Oakland's old Auto Row. The project was led by John Martin, owner of the Barrel House in San Leandro, and the place seats up to 350.

Inside is a dining room with a large custom fireplace; outside, the brick-walled garden has communal tables, bleacher seating, Adirondack booths, fire pits and a stage for live music. Beers like 1500 Pale Ale, Denogginizer and Hopocalypse share the taps with seasonal releases, plus wine on tap and a growler station.
