Flores runs the Hillcrest, Point Loma and Encinitas restaurants as executive chef with partner Jaime Osuna, and in North Park he is sole owner. Brunch is a big part of the draw, with huevos rancheros, churros, French toast and arroz con leche pancakes, plus mimosas and the Popsicle Margarita, served with a whole popsicle in the glass. The menu includes plant-based dishes.
