More about Cosmopolitan Hotel Restaurant

Juan Bandini built the original one-story adobe as his family home between 1827 and 1829. In 1869 stagecoach operator Albert Seeley added a second floor and turned it into the Cosmopolitan Hotel, and the building later served as an olive cannery and a motel. California State Parks restored it to its 1870s look, and it reopened as a hotel and restaurant in July 2010.
