The room takes its theme from the 1977 film Smokey and the Bandit. The bar is built from a vintage Dodge van, the draft system uses old motorcycle gas tanks, truck tailgates serve as benches and a pickup truck holds the wood for the smokers. A Texas pitmaster runs a 1,000-gallon Bison smoker from Texas. The restaurant opened while county rules barred indoor dining, so it started out with takeout and delivery only.
