Stone spent more than two years and about $8 million on the project, its second World Bistro after the Escondido flagship. The 23,500-square-foot building seats around 600 across four connected dining rooms, and a small on-site brewhouse feeds beers made only for this location straight to the bar.
The grounds cover roughly an acre, with gardens, water features, a koi pond, large boulders, a fire pit, two bocce courts and a lawn used for outdoor movie nights. The kitchen also serves Kung Pao Brussels sprouts, steak frites and beer-battered fish and chips.
