Chef-partner Jim Stump, who also runs Los Gatos Brewing Company, opened The Table with chef de cuisine Anthony Jimenez and general manager Brian Nichols, both from Parcel 104 in Santa Clara. The room holds about 60 seats at bare wood tables, with murals of oversized pears and wine bottles and a chalkboard of quotes above the open kitchen. Early dishes included bone marrow on grilled ciabatta, figs with bacon jam and Mount Lassen trout.
