Zack Brager and Bill DeWitt started brewing sours in 2015 and opened their first tasting room in 2018. The beers age at least nine months in American, French and Hungarian oak with mixed and wild fermentation, and fruit is sourced locally. Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Carlsbad Blueberry and Peach Cobbler are among the regulars, while a lager and a hazy IPA brewed with Thorn Street have joined the lineup.
