The building runs three stories, decorated in a coastal California style with bright blues, yellows and whites, fireplaces and lounge chairs. Built as a party venue, it has a dance floor, outdoor games, live music, TVs and a bicycle valet, and on weekend nights DJs play in each of its rooms. Seafood plates such as grilled mahi mahi have been on the menu.
