BASILE Studio designed the room, which reportedly cost about $4 million: copper shingles, 24 windows that move through the day, terrazzo floors, pink booths, a large pink starburst sculpture and a champagne vending machine. Michelin points out darker touches such as skulls hidden among the playful decor.
Brunch cocktails have included a cereal-milk drink rimmed with crushed cereal and a bananas Foster cocktail, and Bloody Marys arrive on a tableside cart. The crispy scalloped potato topped with sausage gravy is another dish that comes up often.
