Brewery and taproom on University Avenue, opened in 2016 by Kelsey McNair and his wife Amanda. The beer list leans on hoppy ales, led by the Hop-Fu! IPA that started as McNair's award-winning homebrew recipe, and the building has a full kitchen.

The brewery took over a former kickboxing gym. Basile Studio designed the interior in a Craftsman style drawn from North Park's bungalows, with a lot of metalwork, a ground floor laid out like a small street with lamps, and a mezzanine used for events. A 15-barrel brewhouse replaced the 20-gallon setup McNair used at home, and the basement was set aside for barrel aging.

Art is Hard, a hazy IPA, won silver at the Great American Beer Festival in 2021. The company has since added a taproom in Bankers Hill and, in 2024, a New York-style pizza shop in Crown Point, each with its own menu and look.
