Blue Line grew out of Little Star Pizza in San Francisco, whose owner Brian Sadigursky opened it with managing partner Angela Pace, and it has sister branches in Campbell and Burlingame. The name refers to a Chicago 'L' train line. The space, once a short-lived Asian restaurant, has reclaimed-wood tables and benches, an exposed industrial ceiling and local art. Deep-dish options include a spinach, ricotta and feta pie and a meatball version.
