Owners Dan Carrico, Dennis O'Connor and Eric O'Connor renamed the brewery after Thorn Brewing, a separate production brand that Thorn Street had inspired, licensed its name to Latitude Brewing. With the change came a remodel aimed at a homier feel: fresh paint, upholstered booths in the back bar and stools back at the front bar. The brewers also began adding more hops to the IPAs and making a seltzer with natural flavors.
