Rules

Phoenix's dog parks are fenced with double gates, and dogs stay on a leash until they and you are inside with the gates shut; the city leash law applies everywhere else. Dogs must be over four months old, licensed with Maricopa County and vaccinated, and dogs in heat are not allowed. Children under 12, food, smoking, alcohol and grooming are not allowed inside the fence, and an aggressive dog must be leashed and taken out at once. Every summer the parks take turns closing so the turf can recover. (City of Phoenix)

Rules and hours can change, and dog parks sometimes close for repairs. Check the signs at the gate.
